It's not new - its an existing independent hotel which is rebadged. I posted about it a month or so again when I first spotted it, find that post and it mentions the original name which will let you do a tripadvisor search.

The area is just fine to be around at night - its now the centre of the London bar and club scene for anyone who actually lives in London, as opposed to tourists. Streets will be fully of friendly drunks until around 8am ...!
