Sometimes I feel that the PC doesn't have a clue what they are doing. I really don't mind as long as I get the points. This was a reply to their response to my stay that had originally posted without points and to which they had replied that the rate that I had booked on ichotelsgroup.com website was too low to award any points. I counter argued and got the response above.
