Pigsback is now refusing to pay out the full £20 unless you have your email confirmation showing you booked after they raised the rate to £20.
Without your confirmation, the b*stards are arbitrarily assuming that you made your booking during the short period that they were only offering £10, instead of £15 or £20. Even when I send the flight confimation e-mails with the correct date they will not believe that I booked my hotel on the same date.
You should therefore not delete any ICG e-mail confirmations until you have the £20 safely in your Pigsback account.

I made ten bookings when the offer was 15GBP per booking. When these were entered to the system the offer was down to 10GBP. When I fired them a question I got the following reply:
> I am afraid we cannot tell from your receipts on what date the bookings were
> made therefore we can only credit the PiggyPoints which are available for

At least based on their reply they should credit the number of points that are offered at the time they input these.
