We had originally booked tickets in biz on Emirates CAI to DXB then DXB-MLE return for next Feb. All were fully refundable seperate tickets. Chg in travel plans and not sure exactly what they did but it took a week for someone to finally sort out that these were in fact fully refundable, and that we didnt have to cash in both tickets . This was 5 weeks ago, and we still havent seen the credit on our CC. When I call Im told that the tickets have been cancelled(5 weeks ago)and have been sent to the "refund dept" and that "it should be any day now" How long should this take, and who do I speak to if we dont get our refund?
