I think T4 has always been out of scope for this trial

I always just shrugged about this and thought it was just one of those things. But having now transited around Asia (4 flights in the past week) with 3 more flights to get to NYC all without handing over any luggage - this has become a bigger issue.

I just wish it was clearer - I could cope easily with one bag but having the uncertainty is changing what I might shop for in NY.
