Unacceptable, but better than a delay... a week ago I was flying with a late evening flight AMS-HEL (KLM), and for once the boarding was starting in time, when they noticed that the catering had been loaded to an aeroplane at gate D15 whilst we were leaving from C15 It took an hour for them to move the catering to right plane. (sorry, I know this isn't exactly on topic)
