A colleague of mine (with NO status at Avis, with a reservation for a mid side) got a Crossfire when they asked at the counter for "an upgrade." They got a Crossfire, and they can't open the trunk. I looked a bit, but it was dark & I couldn't figure it out. Anyone know how? We didn't see a key hole in the back or any other trick to get it open.

And, yes, I was pissed they got that car. I'm First with about 2 rentals a month at this location and was given "one of the best cars they carry" (as the employee told me)... a Galant with 20K that's absolutely disguesting. The seats, head cover and outside are covered in scratches and dirty-ness. Oh yeah, and the parking brake light is on whenever I'm in first or second gear.
