Title says it all.
I work in very noisy environments -

I need a microphone that:
- cuts out background noise (wind, motors, horns, etc.).

I need a headset that:
- has ear pieces that allow me to hear the person I'm having a conversation with. My hearing them is a bigger issue than them hearing me.

Of course, I'd be using the noise cancelling feature of the ear pieces during flights. But it needs to have a micophone, so it seems the Bose QC2 and QC3 are not an option.

Anyone out there have a good suggestion for me?
