Okay, OP here. I have 1/2 of the itinerary sorted out. We will be in Paris from Dec.26-Jan. 1. Can't wait! Our transit airport is FRA meaning that we fly USA-FRA (and then seperate ticket FRA-CDG ret).

We have a total of 12 days.

I would like to go to one other city between Jan 1-6 (again leaving & returning to/from FRA) I have been doing some research and am thinking MAD/BCN/BIO/AGP (Malaga) AMS/BUD/TXL. I know people have given me avice about Italy but not this trip as we are going in February. Also not interested in IST or ATH for this trip.

Can anyone make a case for one one of these given my OP: MAD/BCN/BIO/AGP/AMS/BUD/TXL.

This will be a surprise to the missus....who will only find out where we are going until XMAS morning.
