Technically yes you can, because it's a *G lounge and you have a same day 1st ticket...
But really, you need to be very energetic to do this - it is Miles Away! And you have to brave security and passport checks in both directions (now made doubly worse by the arrival of two banks of Jet Airways flights en route to YYZ/EWR/DEL/BOM), plus the potential indignity of being turned away by security ("your flight is departing from pier B") or by the SAS lounge staff, who are known Europe-wide for their brazen attempts to turn *Gs away...
Really I wouldn't say it was worth it unless you have have hours to burn and comfortable walking shoes
