I agree with the part about lounge access and business checkin, for me additionally it was important to be allowed more baggage then just 20kg.

But explain the preferred seating? I never had the feeling as FTL or now as SEN that I get whatever preferred seating, no matter if I fly Coach or Business. I just get a randomly assigned seats. No exit row, no empty seat inbetween in Y etc.

You have other experience?
