Regarding cancellations... they mess up for travellers quite a bit, but at least no Q400 flights are available for bookings in the coming week and they have probably catched up on the rebookings by now.
Seems they cancel some non Q400 flights (e.g. ARN-LHR) and make use of the aircraft elsewhere currently.
