Thank you for your thoughts. Just arriving in HAM I asked LH as SAS handling agent what will happen and had been confirmed that the flight will be operated by SAS using a MD-87. Did not know that they have those.

Now I have another question: How to upgrade a fully flexible Y ticket in Eco Extra to C? Using MP or LH miles does not work, I read?
