I have the identical guide to the one Neal posted at http://www.photoisland.com --but mine is copyrighted 1998. I found mine in a city ticket office.

The only aircraft shown with first suites is a 278-seat version of the 777-200 XI, and the fleet total of 747-400s (34) is much less than the current 44 documented in another thread. I wonder if UA is going to re-do this guide with current information. It is a great guide, but quite a bit dated with some of the configuration changes that have taken place (or are rumoured to be coming soon)>
