Although I usually travel alone, that's what I do when traveling with my Mom. (and neither one of us are big or guys!). Seems to be the most comfortable. If we are on a plane that has a 2-seat side, we usually take that as she uses the window to sleep. Me, I'm an aisle girl all the way.
