Try to call SK 24h hotline on +45 32 32 6800; however, it is probably too early to say whether or not Q400 flights on Thursday will completed. SK hotline helped me on Thursday last week. I was booked on HAM-CPH-IAD. I was suggested to travel to CPH by myself! (the train ticket would be reimbursed). I suggested to fly out of AAL which was immediately accepted (also the return flight was changed to AAL) ^

If your flight will be cancelled on Thursday, I expect you to be rerouted on LH/LX/OS as you will be unable to travel to CPH. You can influence this by calling SK hotline once your flight is cancelled and ask for your preferred routing.
