It's more bad publicity for Heathrow so you'll not find me complaining. That said, Heathrow seems to be a very thick skinned organization - it's been taking on a lot of bad publicity for a long time with no sign of improvement.
Oh please. Now even I cannot be accused of likeing the BAA, but you may have noticed the multi billion pound new terminal about to open and the huge posters everywhere showing the plans for T1,3 and 4. So clearly there are many signs of major works taking place.
