Thanks for that insightful post. Know that my little rant was not directed at you in any way.

My beef with the Airport of the Future is that AS keeps trumpeting it as the saving grace of the airport terminal experience, and it just ain't that great, in simple terms. I hope they get it right in SEA; otherwise that could turn into a nightmare down there. I enjoy AS and want to see the airline do well, but sometimes I think a little constructive criticism could be beneficial to the airline, as opposed to the sunshine-pumping reports they keep churning out about the ANC terminal.
