I admit, despite having lived in the UK for 7 years, I've only ever picked up the Guardian, the Observer, and the Times. I'm curious: is this piece of reporting representative of the Telegraph? First there's the misspelling in the headline (which a snarly reader just had to tag as American ), and then the casual link between a behaviours of some subset of the handlers (I can't get a sense of how representative these rogue handlers are) and the chaos at LHR.

Just want to catch myself up (finally!) on some aspects of my adopted homeland, particularly its fascinating, intensely competitive journalism market.
