I'll be flying in early, could check in as early as noon or as late as 4pm. Any tips?. I'm usually content with any room - however I intend to make my stay heavenly.

Any advice (on the upgrade) that is?.

I'm SPG plat. I've been upgraded before, usually I've had to ask.
Sometimes these "benifits" depends not only on availibility, but also depends on how well you ask and sometimes how hard you push. If you ask, there is a higher chance you would get.

If hotel is empty, check in early increases the chances. To guarentee success, you got to pay for the real thing.
