Unfortunately no, it seems (see here)

It may be possible to salvage the miles by crediting them to:
- other oneworld memberships that you might have AND that you were enrolled in before your flight, or
- any frequent flyer programs that allow for retroactive mileage claims before enrollment AND have a relationship with JAL (sorry, none come to mind at the moment)
