My experience from early August to date in GIG and CNF is that everything is pretty much back to normal. I have seen flights arrive from GRU on time or a little late at GRU and CNF, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Check-in lines in GRU may be long from what I see from other posts here on FT. In GIG they are normally short, while CNF can be hit or miss.
Specifically; in November, I fly in to GRU arriving at 9:50 and have a connecting flight on TAM, also leaving GRU, at 13:20 (3.5 hours connection time)
You should be more than fine.
Alternatively, I can cancel the TAM and go with GOL
