Any recent experiences (last month or so) with TAM service levels that you can pass on - better, worse, etc. than it appears to have been in '07?

Specifically; in November, I fly in to GRU arriving at 9:50 and have a connecting flight on TAM, also leaving GRU, at 13:20 (3.5 hours connection time). Am coming in to GRU on AC, my general experience is AC is normally on time and should be out of imm/customs within a 1/2 to 3/4 of hour; again, based on past experience.

Most interested in your opinion of TAM regarding current check - in; flight delays; etc. Is the 3.5 hours sufficient....it should be, but....?

Alternatively, I can cancel the TAM and go with GOL leaving around 15:30 if the attempt to save a couple of hours between arrival and connecting is likely to be false economy. Thanks for your input.
