This is a bad situation, and you should respond back to Alaska Airlines with detailed information, like flight number, date and time, and the appearence (and if you remember the first name of the FA) of the FA. It doesn't matter if it is racial or attire, if what the OP described was true, it was discrimination, and it's got to be stopped before a few bad apples ruined the reputation of the company.
