They have them in some checkpoints... remember how the TSA trumpeted their version (backed by video) of the encounter with that woman who poured out her liquid at the checkpoint? Obviously, though, they have some discretion over who gets the video (and when)--I'm sure getting the video, even with a FOIA request, is nearly impossible, and if the TSA is at fault, the video will never see the light of day.
