what is the name of this card?

can it be bought at drugstores, supermarkets ?

what is the fee for retail purchase?

i.e AX 100 gift card has $6 fee at time of purchase.
you are charged $106.
And no cash withdrawals,
so its not a great deal. actually a bad deal.
