Please do visit your Member's office here in DC. You won't get to see him/her unless you're big doner but you'll get to see a staffer. Look on www.house.gov to find the office and phone number. Bring a complaint letter with you and leave it with the staffer. (Remember to keep a signed copy to enclose with your letter to the BWI FSD.) Chances are very good that the staffer has flown from BWI often, so you might earn some sympathy (and motivation to help you) if he or she has had similar experiences. Who knows? You might hook up with a staffer looking to pick a fight with the TSA.
Concerning screener names, it's best to do that discretely and tell them after the fact that you have their names and intend to file a complaint. Most screeners won't hide their badges until you ask for their names, so they will leave themselves vulnerable to a sneak attack. Calling them by name out of the blue can be really effective.
This takes a certain degree of tradecraft which requires practice. Every time you go through a checkpoint or pass some of them on a break, try to pick a name and number off a badge or two.
