Something I have never thought on. If someone has an NC (not XC) It'l ticket but NO Elite status on UA or * can they use the RCC at point of departure if ticket is to another UA It'l destination, or to the USA from It'l? i.e. if you gave your parents upgraded C tickets, will they be able to use the lounge before flying out? Be a less than "big event" gift if they were denied lounge use as they were not Elites.

(I am basing this scenario on the pax travelling NOT being accompanied by an Elite, who would I think generally get entry for any accompanying guest).
