We are looking for a part-time manager for an online radio station. Our station is dedicated to playing non-commercial music from a variety of genres. The station is 100% virtual and the job can be performed from anywhere in the world. Tasks would include: recruiting DJs, music reviewers, web designers, graphic designers, coordinating schedules, finding advertisers, and being the point of contact for the whole operation. You do not necessarily have to have experience managing a project like this, but you do need to have what we consider to be good musical taste. Salary is entirely based on performance, and a part ownership of the station will be offered to the right candidate. The job would likely require anywhere between 10-40 hours a week of your time.
