Two more things. First, it is not whether the FA actually based their decision on race, which I seriously doubt they “consciously” did, but it has the appearance of discrimination that should raise some serious concern. I shake my head in utter disbelief at the image of the FA looking you up and down and saying “never mind.” Wow, that hurts.
Second, maybe you made such a valid point that legally AS cannot respond honestly about the situation and are hoping you will forget it. Or more likely they may send a canned response when you make accusations of racial discrimination (what are they suppose to say “sorry we discriminated against you”) or they may be investigating the accusations.
