Simple - because all ex LHR flights will eventually be A380, when this happens according to what SQ are currently stating, F will be replaced by "A Class Beyond First" i.e. R, which is currently approx 50-100% more expensive than 1st.

So, if you read my first post, what I'm asking is will SQ reduce the price of the suites, or do I go elsehwere? All you have told me is what I already know, i.e. should I chose to do so I can contunie to fly 1st on 747's until they are phased out!
