Delta changed our itinerary--again! Other options...?

I'm hoping someone can help me. Delta, once again, changed the return flight from AMS to AMS (again) and now, we will be sitting in ATL for 5+ hours. It was 3 when I booked. The flight to AMS from SMF has not been changed.

I looked at some other options flying home, which I may be able to change, but something I see bothers me and I can't seem to find out the answer.

Flying from AMS, currently, we are on Delta Flight #39 (767-400 ER) for 10 hours, in 2F and 2G.

The alternate route I found is what puzzles me though. It is on Air France, flight 8504, Airbus A340, same time (9:55), but it shows Bus(C) but when I click on the services provided it says none!!!! No services for 10 hours? Is that a mistake? How could they not provide any services for 10 hours in Biz class?

What would you do, if you could change? Stay in ALT for 5 hours + on the original flight or change to the other one which would allow us to leave an hour later in AMS, change planes in Paris (very short layover) and change plans in ATL, again, another short layover, get home the same time.

The 5+ hours in ATL is just making our stomachs ache with the notion of sitting there that long. I think I'd rather be in the air...at least I could watch a movie and have a drink brought to me!!! But then there is that "no services provided" on that flight (which must be a typo) that I need to consider.

Can anyone look at this for me...through another pair of eyes? I'm afraid we may be jumping ship too soon or reacting too soon.

Any advice would be very much appreciated!
