I just looked at the TSA site at http://www.tsa.gov/311/311-carry-ons.shtm and I can't find an FAQ. I guess the whole problem is the size of the bottle when unlabelled is based on discretion. In my situation, 1 out 150+ screeners in 4 countries decided it was oversize and I was screwed.

It also says 3 oz while it is really 100 ml (3.38 oz), correct? Is there any updated documentation anywhere?
