ok this might work well - there are a variety of trains and the trip is 22 minutes it says - there is a 6:37/6:40/6:45 so that gets to jamaica at 7ish. and the airtrain says 10 minutes - so that gets me in just about 7:30 - one hour ahead - should be ok i think - thanks george!
