To be fair Paul, with the Euro the way it is at the moment, no time is a very bad time to shop in NYC for us Irish

But the day after Thanksgiving ("Black Friday") is definitely the best day around Nov / Dec to shop there IMHO - there is always an excellent sale on for that day, and indeed that weekend, all over the US ...

We will be there again this year, for our 5th (6th ) time ....
