On the Qatar website

Choose your flights - then on Review page click on "For detailed Fare Rules, click here."

Look for "FCL: MLEE1MTH" and take the first letter - that's your fare class.

M in this case for 50% of miles. (economy restricted)
Or for 100% of miles choose economy flexible (which is B)
