I actually print out my OLCI BP's on neon cardstock, just because I can.

In my opinion it's just a waste of resources generating needless litter and should be eliminated altogether.
^^^^ The worst thing is when they start putting your BP in one, and you say, "oh, I don't need that," and they say, "oh, OK" and give you the BP without one but throw the holder away instead of saving it for the next person.
