The suites are the main factor for me for staying at IC's.

Most of the HI's and CP's are tired and should be tore down. I totally disagree with you that you would get better service at them than IC's or you haven't stayed at better IC's/

I wouldn't categorize IC's at Luxury hotels but rather business hotels. They really cannot and probably shouldn't compete with truly Luxury hotels.
