I think you applied thru the application portal that offers no annual fee for the first year...I think thats the difference...the other ones don't waive the annual fee? Its 140 dollars so it seems a savings to do this.
Also, do you have to actually have a business for the business card? I was under the impression you didn't until I looked at the application for the business card. I do not have a business....
