PS - I sent her an email back saying glad it worked out, but don't forget to request mileage for the original UA947.
Also glad it worked out. Too bad that, based on the time-stamp of your first and last messages, it took 6 hours to get taken care of. Six hours ago they could have had an evening in Amsterdam. Now I'd think they'll only want to crawl into bed.
