When we went to get our transfer ticket for the Swiss Air flights, the United guy told us there was a KLM flight leaving around the same time – direct to LA! We grabbed that! And they sent us to the Dorint Hotel/Sofitel. We lucked out and got a room on the executive floor – free internet and a lovely room. We so appreciate your help! Thanks for being there for me! Have a safe trip home!"
