This, plus the important point on price made by several others, reflects my view exactly. For me, mostly travelling on business but occasionally on a leisure trip with my wife, IC's are plenty luxurious for me (with one or two exceptions). Moreover, for the price conscious -- as I am by necessity -- I can't justify FS for business or even leisure.

BTW, lest there be no dissent on this point, I DO value very highly the suite upgrades and, to a lesser but not insignificant extent, the gifts and other small amenities (particularly the minibar). These things, for me, make business travel much less onerous than it otherwise would be.
