Shorthaul baggage allowance

I normally travel quite light so not much experience with being at the weight limit but I'm flying to LCA tomorrow and have a check-in bag weighing 25kg. Will I be able to check this in without any problems? I'm confused about what I've read on BA.com...

The British Airways policy has a maximum bag weight of 23kg (51lbs). However, to allow our customers to become familiar with our new baggage policy and weight limitations, we will continue to accept bags at check-in weighing up to 32kgs until further notice.

So I should be OK?

Also will I have to pay excess charges? In manage my bookings I get this message "Checked baggage: 2 bags at 23kg each" but accoring to BA.com it's only 1 bag at 23kg for ET... I'm flying back in CE so perhaps the allowance message is pertaining to the inbound?

Confused
