I am just back from KL. I bought a TnG card without hassles at Sentral at a booth selling phone cards. No forms to fill in. Costs RM 10 and you still have to put money on it, for which you need to line up at the ticket-selling booth and ask for a RM 10 topup. The card is quite convenient.
