Its just fine and it will cost you much less than most of the other city properties would. Its a few short blocks from a tube station. If money is no object, then head for County Hall or any other of the more favored properties. But with the exchange rate being what it is, dollar for pound, you may find that Maiden Vale will give you the most value.
