The area around Person is a bleak industrial wasteland. If you land from the West you will fly over this area. To the East is found endless hotels and stripmalls. A few of the larger malls are cinder blocks left over from the 60/70's (Cloverdale Mall, etc.) I am not sure if the other malls mentioned are newer.

To the North is found urban sprawl into the 905 area code belt, puncutated by big box stores.

I was born and raised here and frankly this city is a polluted dump. Needless to say, I often vacation in BC, NS, and PE.

I'd stay in the airport confines, if I were you, or have a taxi take you to a nice place to eat.
