By "memo," are you refering to some sort of internal DL communication? Because I learned about the fee increase when the TA handed me a receipt that was 50-percent higher than normal when I paid the EBC at Atlanta on Sunday. Would it be too much to ask for DL to send an e-mail (sort of like the ones they send about their online 'Amazing Race'-style contests), at least to elites, notifying us of this change? Did any customers receive advance notice of these fee increases?
BTW, all these fee increases, is this what they mean when they say to succeed an airline must "change"? Because these "changes" are really impacting my bottom line.
