When I flew Southwest this past weekend, I had the guilty pleasure of watching a middle-aged woman get in a argument with the metal detector monkeys. She was ADAMANT that she be allowed to bring her entire arsenal of beauty products in her carryon. After a few minutes of holding up the line, she relinquished a dozen aerosol sprays and other bottles of goodies.
