It's all about context, maybe after a while longer on the board you will understand about some of the ebb and flow of the discussions, pax, FT'ers, crew, The Pope, are probably called worse around here every day, it's maybe not everyones cup of tea, but it's the way it is and long may it continue.

Full on personal attacks though get quickly (normally) moderated away.

I thought Smirnoff made a good point with his posting, the terminology he used was par for the board and for my money well in line with the way the board works.

Mods and other posters may disagree, if though it does offend visitors or new members then maybe this isn't the board for them. If that says something about me, then I would refer anyone to Catherine Tate's catchphrase.
