As they are going through the upgrades its going to be one or two less 767s in the fleet at any point in time and as they come back from refurb, Im sure they will try and keep them on international duty as much as possible. I just dont think they will fly as many 3-class craft domestically any more, especially with the seat count now lower.
United has not announced any new international routes since unveiling the new C and F seats. Most would agree that the international fleet is stretched just about as thin as possible. There are very few places left where aircraft can be swapped to avoid delays.
