Now maybe it needs to do the SEA run to keep its utilization high but I don't think its necessary. I think its really used as a rolling backup: its a backup if another plane is delayed or out mechanically but in a good utilization pattern when its not needed.

As they are going through the upgrades its going to be one or two less 767s in the fleet at any point in time and as they come back from refurb, Im sure they will try and keep them on international duty as much as possible. I just dont think they will fly as many 3-class craft domestically any more, especially with the seat count now lower.
